Rafael Mendes is a Brazilian-Irish poet published in Poetry Ireland Review, Banshee, Wasafari, gorse, and Poetry Salzburg Review. His pamphlet The Migrant Dictionary co-won the Ireland Chair of Poetry Pamphlet Series 2025.
